Torah Community Fund (TCF) was established to support Orthodox Jewish religious communities in Israel regarding a broad range of religious and social needs, with an emphasis on facilitating religious practice and observance.  By providing financial assistance to the Fund’s recipients, TCF will directly contribute to the growth and nurturing of Torah observant communities in Israel. TCF undertakes a two-pronged approach to facilitating the growth of Torah communities in Israel, by supporting both the religious and social infrastructures of such communities.

TCF was founded to promote its charitable, religious and educational purposes.  It qualifies as a tax exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
